- In the same way, “Les Chasseurs de Pierre” refrain from having any interest in the sale of a property, either as a legal entity or natural person
- The commitments of “Chasseurs de Pierre” towards their clients are under contract. Any mission is subject to search warrant, which states, especially, the description of the property you are looking for, the means, the duration of the contract and remuneration.
- “Les Chasseurs de Pierre” holds a professional card : they are covered by professional insurance and financial guarantee.
- The informations given by clients of “Chasseurs de Pierre” are strictly confidential. They can not be the object of any distribution to any one without a prior agreement.
- “Les Chasseurs de Pierre” undertake to provide to their customers, in a transparent manner, all information regarding the mission and in particular the exhaustive list of properties detected and visited.
- Any visit of property by the “Chasseurs de Pierre” is subject to a detailed report so that the client can take the decision to visit it with all the informations in hand

To ensure to real estate agencies, transparency and neutrality , “Les Chasseurs de Pierre” undertake on the following points :
- “Les Chasseurs de Pierre” refrain from taking sales warrant and have no interest in the sale of property. They are in no way competiting with the real estate agencies
- The commitments from “The Chasseurs de Pierre” towards their purchaser are contractual
- Their remuneration is defined beforehand in the contract. The client pays after the signature of the sale
- “Les Chasseurs de Pierre” undertake to declare themselves as hunter stone, towards to real estate agencies or other prescribers, especially during visits of properties. They refrain to deal directly with a seller which was submit by an agency.
