Step 1 : briefing

Step 5 : from the pre-contract to the notarial deed of sale

At the start of the mission, we give you the  pin number for  your personal space on our web site. At any time, you can consult listing of properties that we visited for you, with pictures and virtual visits that we realised during our reporting.

We also give you a private access to our platform Skarabee where you can consult the historic of the mission , visits reports, complete technical data from properties visited, and all digital documents related to your research : contracts, warrants, letters, offers, notaries documents, estimates of providers, technical diagnostics, and more !

For each event during your search, we send you an alert by e-mail to inform you of the arrival of new information.

Of course, there is nothing best than human contact. We make regular telephone appointments  with you. Your hunter is of course directly accessible and available at any time for your questions.

The remuneration of the “Chasseurs de Pierre” includes all the means devoted to your search, from the start of the mission until the deed sale notary :

Our remuneration includes :

• Monthly fees of 150 € all tax included, invoiced until the signing of the promise or compromise sale
